HIP-MITSU hot melt glues converting and turn-key lines for web-coating and laminating with hot melt adhesives, PUR and UV curable too that we made, enable continuous and intermittent applications, both in contact and contact-less.
The monitoring of the production process is managed by an extremely wide and modular range of control systems, which guarantee and certify a perfect adhesive application in every working condition.

Coating width : from 0,3 up to 6.000 mm;
Working speed: high or low, depending on the end user’s process, with applications from 2 up to 900 m/min;
Coating weight: from 0,02 up to 1.500 g/mq;
Working temperature: up to 240°C
Viscosity: up to 120.000 mpas/cps
